Family holidays in a crewed 44 feet sailboat

Enjoy an incredible sailing holidays in our loved Esquitx, a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439 45S in excellent condition. There are three comfortable double cabins to host our guests and two bathrooms (one in suit) with shower and silent toilet. The boat is only chartered with professional skipper (included in price). It also includes dinghy with outboard engine, paddle surf, snorkelling equipment, and a complete set of sails. The sailboat is a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439 (about 13 meters) with four cabins (3 doubles and one in bunk beds for the crew) and a large living room whose sofa allows an adult to sleep peacefully. The boat is equipped to accommodate up to 12 people, although for reasons of comfort it is rented to a maximum of 6 people (up to 2 additional people are accepted upon payment of a supplement). The boat has two water tanks (500 liters of water) and a water desalination plant, which avoids passing through the port to recharge water for showers and the kitchen every time the water tanks are depleted. There is an electric generator that allows 220V current. When the generator is off, the boat works with 12V although there is a 12V-220V converter and a USB adapter in each cabin that allows you to charge a mobile phone or a tablet at any time. The interior is very bright and has a spacious living room, 3 double cabins for guests, 1 cabin with two bunk beds for the skipper and the hostess (in case you hire a hostess as an additional expense), two full bathrooms and a kitchen area. The exterior is very spacious and has several cushions that can be used for both sitting and sunbathing. The boat has a stern platform that facilitates access to the sea. There is a shower with hot water on the stern of the boat. The living room has Bose speakers and the possibility of connecting any tablet or phone to listen to the music that each one has stored on his/her mobile device. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, there is a 160-liter fridge, two burners and a gas oven. The two bathrooms inside are fully equipped and hot showers are available. Outside there are also speakers whose volume can be regulated independently from that of the speakers inside the boat. The cockpit area is wide and has a table that allows up to 8 people to eat comfortably. The cockpit is covered by an awning that ensures shade at lunchtime. The rest of the deck allows ample space for sunbathing. The 6 cushions of the cockpit can be deployed so that extending two cushions together gives you the opportunity to stretch and sunbathe. I am the skipper of the boat. Speak Spanish, Catalan and English perfectly, and have very basic notions of French and Italian. I am professional skipper, PhD in Marine Ecology and a native of the Balearic Islands. I have a great knowledge of the navigation area and the different services that can be found along the coast such as restaurants, beach clubs or watertoys rental (jet skis, floating artifacts, equipment or diving trips, etc ...). For me, safety comes first and I adapt the navigation plan according to the weather conditions and the wishes of my guests. My personal goal is to make vacations aboard the "Esquitx" a memorable vacation for all those who decide to share a few days on board. Get the most out of sailing, the Sun, the marine breeze, and of every new dawn in the middle of the Sea. Wake up with an early swim just before your breakfast, taking advantage of the first rays of sunlight. Visit new port towns and enjouy their gastronomy. Discover the natural treasures hidden at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea. When the sun begins to turn in, chill out watching the warm fading colors of the end of a beatiful day and later gaze at the starry sky and look out for a shooting star or two. The boat is located in the beatiful area of Binisafuller, although the skipper will set course to the most convenient places according to winds and seas. Aiport transfers and grocery shopping available upon request. Both the ship and all its occupants are covered by an insurance policy.
