North Wilmington home, Room 4

We have a 5 bedroom / 3 bath home in the north Wilmington suburbs. It is in a beautiful, scenic area; quiet and peaceful and a short walk to several parks. We are close to AstraZenica, J P Morgan Chase, duPont Experimental Station, Accenture, Incyte Corporation, Sun Oil, Sunoco, Conoco, BlackRock, Nemous A I duPont Hospital, Christiana Wilmington Hospital, and close to I-95, making Wilmington, Newark DE & Philadelphia, easily accessible. This is a good size house in a quiet development. This room is small but comfortable and in a quiet area of the house. There is no closet but it does have a clothing rack, a desk and a small set of drawers. You would have a private bedroom, share the upstairs bathroom and shower, share the 1st floor bathroom and have access to the kitchen, the living room, the laundry room, the back yard and patio area and have access to free wifi throughout the house. Free parking is on the street in front of the house. We are usually home and can help with directions, ideas for local sightseeing and shopping. I can provide Uber or Lyft transportation. We are within a short walk to the DART bus stop. The #11 bus will take you into Wilmington and you can transfer to buses serving most of the local area or catch a Greyhound Bus, a Amtrak train, or the China Bus to other areas. Taxi, Uber and Lyft service is also available. We are a 20 minute drive to the Philadelphia airport.
