Ranch House Comfort A little ranch & beach in one!

Home is near to Sequoia and Kings National parks. Lake Kaweah is only a 20 minute drive. The famous Woodlake Rodeo grounds are just up the road. There is parking space for boat trailer, horse trailer, or any other type. Woodlake downtown is only 2 miles away. Woodlake Botanical Garden is a beautiful experience. Transit shuttle to Visalia for shopping, movies, or restaurants. The town of Exeter is just 8 miles to the south with beautiful murals, antiques! Front patio, living room, front bedroom, and bathroom are for guests. There is wi-fi connection and DirecTV. Room for sitting and relaxing or napping. Table for games or breakfast. Front patio to have continental breakfast and sit out to relax, enjoy the garden and view of the Sierras. Garden areas in front and open area by goats, chickens, and turkeys next to house. Bathroom is exclusive to guests! Upon request, I will wash and dry a load or two! BBQ available! I plan to be always be available. You will have your privacy, but I will be out and about! I will sleep in master bedroom. Ranch home is in the country, but only 2 miles to downtown Woodlake. Town has great eateries, Rite-Aid, grocery stores, True-Value hardware, pizza parlors, Auto Zone, coffee shop, TCAT shuttle to Visalia. For a cold beer and pool there is the Dead Rat Saloon just 3 miles away. Safe place to go and meet new friends. Karaoke on Saturday nights. Parking is ample. From Olivera Drive ( highway 245) driveway has a tall palm tree at entrance. Address number (35697) is on white mailbox across the street. Pull up to front of house and under carport. Look for sign for guest parking! Young children must be supervised at all times. I have a fish pond in backyard. If you are afraid of dogs, let me know and I will keep my dogs away. If you love dogs, you’ll fall in love with Zach the boxer. I have two dwarf goats and rabbits! Great places for walks or bike rides.
