Please head straight to our reception when you arrive to complete any outstanding paperwork and to collect your key safe number. They will check you in when you arrive and direct you to your accommodation. Our retreat is conveniently located 3 miles off junction 31 of the A55 express way, only 1 hour from Manchester and 25 minutes to Chester. Making getting here a pleasant and painless journey. This captivating place offers a welcoming and friendly community, bestowed with a rich local history. There are a number of fantastic places to dine, from charming local Pubs and Inns offering fantastic food and entertainment, to local Bistros’ and Restaurants only a short drive away. Caerwys is set in a conservation area and surrounded by many areas of outstanding natural beauty, including the Clwydian Range and the famous Offa’s Dyke trail on your door step providing breath-taking views to the Snowdonia Mountains, local Valley’s and the North Wales Coastline. This area is a stunning place to observe nature and wildlife at it’s best and offers excellent walking, cycling, fishing and golfing on our doorstep. Our retreat has its own on-site woodland & two small lakes which attracts beautiful wildlife along with brilliant access to near by walking trails, literally just a stones throw away from our lodges. If sailing and boating are more your interest, the North Wales Coast can provide you with the adventure you are seeking. The excellent near by Marinas at Conway and Deganway offer all the facilities you’ll need to get the best out of your pastime. PETS ===== For those of you who have booked your fury friends to come and stay too, please read the following info: - Owners are responsible for "picking-up" after their pets. (Please bring your own "poo-bags" & make use of the on-site bins) - We ask that all dogs be kept on leads around our site at all times. (We can point you in the right direction for those looking for an off-lead walking experience) - Please do not leave your dog/s unattended in your lodge. (We can point you in the right direction for dog friendly days out & dog friendly restaurants etc) - Please do not allow your dog/s on the furniture under any circumstances. - Please provide your own pet bed/s & feeding/watering bowls.
