Close to all major motorways, trains and roads for easy access to Manchester Centre, Bury, Bolton, Preston and Leeds. Perfect for a luxury family vacation or as a base for corporate stays. The house has 4 bedrooms, the master has a luxuriously fitted en-suite bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms share a beautifully appointed family bathroom. There is a sofa downstairs that converts into a double bed. It has a large, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, 2 sitting rooms, dining room with seating for 8, a conservatory, utility room with downstairs toilet, a double garage and an annex building that can be used as a meditation/yoga room. The fully equipped and running stable block includes a shed/hay loft with 14 stables and an all weather Menage. Two stables are available and can be rented for an additional fee. For your safety, please supervise children at all times and do not allow them into the stables or on the fields where there are farm animals without supervision and prior authorization.
