2 bedroom B&B - private balcony & beautiful views

We welcome you to stay at our home for a relaxing retreat on Salt Spring Island! Enjoy breathtaking views, access to a vast network of trails, and our famous sunsets. You will have private use of our upstairs which contains a bathroom (basic toiletries provided), 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a private balcony with unobstructed views of the property. We serve a continental breakfast from 7:00 - 9:00 am in the kitchen or on the patio and we will do our best to accommodate special requests. There are additional single beds in another bedroom upstairs available at an extra cost – please inquire if interested. Regardless if you need 1 or 2 rooms, there will never be additional guests using the upstairs space. Access to the upstairs is through shared entry with the main house. You are welcome to use our living room on the main floor to lounge and we have a variety of games and books for your use and enjoyment. We have a friendly German Shepherd named Tracker, however, he is rarely inside and never allowed upstairs. Parking is available onsite but if you do not have a vehicle, we are happy to provide transfers to and from the ferry terminal, at an extra cost. There is a 4 km flat private trail behind our house and direct access to the Channel Ridge trail system behind our property for longer hikes. Check in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check out is before 11:00 am. We will be onsite for the duration of your stay, happy to provide recommendations/assist with any questions you may have, and we will give you as much privacy as possible. You have the upstairs 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony to yourselves. As well, you are welcome to sit in the living room, play games at the dining table or sit outside on our patio. We are located only 3 minutes away (by vehicle) from the Vesuvius Ferry Terminal to Vancouver Island. And we are approx. 10 minutes away (by vehicle) to Ganges (the town center). We have plenty of parking for guest parking - not an issue at all. Please note: We provide Bed & Breakfast accommodations. As stated in our House Rules, our kitchen is not available to our guests to use to prepare additional meals in. We just want to make this clear, so there are no assumptions or expectations from our guests that we can't provide.
