Really close wherever you want to go! To top it all, our balcony shall give you a glimpse of sunset at the Manila Bay. If you are transient or on business trip or a tourist, or even OFW/Balikbayan, our hosting is perfect for you. We provided all the basic things you would need for your enjoyable and hassle-free stay-cation. We provide a Pull-out Queen beds plus sofa bed, that can easily accomodate 4-5 guests. However, The Breeze, restricts the venue to a maximum of 4 pax😘. Swimming pool is available until 10pm with PHP 150/pax per day...7 y/o below is free. Pre-registration of guests, approved by us, should be submitted to Breeze, hence let us know in advance. Payment is to made to Breeze Cashier at the 2nd Floor. Kindly dry up before going out of swimming pool premises. Enjoy the splash! We are based outside Philippines but can be reached thru Airbnb message box. We usually reply promptly. SMDC The Breeze Residences is in the heart of all the places you would want to see and visit. MOA; PICC; MANILA OCEAN PARK; RIZAL PARK; WORLD TRADE CENTER; NAIA; STAR CITY; UPSIDE DOWN MUSEUM; and many more. Taxi and GRAB, are the best option in going to Breeze, if you don’t drive a car. From Baclaran, via Roxas Blvd, after Buendia (Gil Puyat) you can easily find SMDC The Breeze Residences, on your right. As Breeze policy, Guests Names should be pre registered a day earlier. Else, they will not be allowed to enter the unit. Identication shall also be presented at the reception. To avoid inconvenience and issues during your check-in, please submit the names during your booking with us. Gratitude! Keys shall be handed over to you by our Co-Host/son, during your check-in time. It is imperative that you provide us your number for your enjoyable stay. Early Check in / Late Check Out We do understand your situation especially if you are coming outside Manila, hence we accommodate early check-in and late check out. We shall charge PHP 200 to cover the transporation of our co-host, should you check in/out between 10pm - 6am. Safety of our son is our priority. Commuting during these hours is dangerous. Thank you for your understanding! Parking Pay parking at the 2nd Fl is available with PHP 30 for the 1st 2 hours; and PHP 20 for succeeding hours. Full day parking is peg at PHP 500/day. Gratitude!
