Beautiful Home in the Country

PLEASE READ before booking. My husband and I live in our home If you do not like dogs or have a fear of dogs, may be wise to book other accommodation. Our dogs are very friendly and also love to welcome guests on arrival. Our quiet 4 bedroom home is located within the suburb of Razorback, South West of Sydney, close to Camden and Picton NSW. It boasts a warm country feel with hosts that will make your stay one to remember. Our home is a beautiful 4 bedroom home on 5 acres, situated within the lovely and quiet Razorback Ranges. 1 hour drive to Sydney. A fantastic place for you to relax and breathe in some fresh country air. We have the most outstanding mountain views and sunsets, you would have to see to believe. Don't forget to bring your camera!! Our home has a large open plan kitchen. We request if you have your meals in the dining room area or outside on the deck and not in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are for resting not eating. Due to Covid there will be no cooking in the kitchen. The views are stunning from our floor to ceiling window. If you wake up early you might see the beautiful hot air balloons passing by and or the adventurous people skydiving most of the day. Sometimes they seem so close they look like they will land on our property. You might even see a Kangaroo or the random cow wandering up the road. Imagine relaxing on this beautiful piece of Australian countryside. You could even pitch your tent and camp for a night or 2 or 3 at our special offer. Must have your own camp equipment. You are welcome to use the bathroom facilities (providing we don't have guests booked into the rooms). (Please Send an enquiry before booking to camp) Guests will have access to the communal areas of the house including the kitchen, lounge/tv area, the fireplace and of course the outdoor areas. Due to Covid 19 Guests are unable to use our kitchen facilities. We enjoy interacting with our guests. Many of our guests keep in contact and often come back to stay. We are happy to sit down and chat or we are also happy to leave you to do your own thing. We will accommodate you as much as we can to make your stay one to remember. As we are on 5 acres our home is a nice distance away, giving our area quiet, peaceful surroundings. We have a few lovely country towns close by, Picton for one is considered one of Australia's most haunted ghost towns. Close by is also sky diving, go-karting and hot air ballooning for those feeling a bit more adventurous. The local towns have a variety of Supermarkets, Cafes, pubs, clubs and some lovely boutique stores for the ladies. There is also paint balling which is about a 7 minute drive. Local towns Camden and Picton is around a 10 minute drive. Macarthur Square in Campbelltown and Narellan Town Centre are large major shopping centres and approx a 20 minute drive from our home. The closest train stations to our location is Macarthur, Picton or Campbelltown Stations are around 20 minutes drive, these stations takes you to Sydney City Centre. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are on tank water not town water, therefore we ask our guests to be cautious with the use of showers and not to leave taps running. Toilet waste is important for our guests to know that WIPES, COTTON BUDS, ANY SANITARY PRODUCTS OR NAPPIES CANNOT be flushed down the toilet, as they will block the system and form a bad smell in the rooms. TOILET PAPER is the ONLY paper to go down the toilet. Airbnb guests share our private home with my husband and myself. We ask that all guests respect the few rules we have: Please leave shoes at the front door entrance. We do not allow our guests to have food or drinks in the bedrooms. (Water is fine) Children are to be supervised at all times. No running inside, touching our belongings, jumping on beds or slamming doors. We have swings outside for the young ones with supervision from the parents. We are not babysitters. Guests are responsible for their own children. We would appreciate quietness after midnight. NO smoking in our home.
