60평대 아파트 입니다. 게스트는 방4개 화장실 2개 ,부엌, 거실,세탁실을 단독으로 사용합니다 거실에 대형 티비가 있고 방4개중 2개방에는 털레비젼이 있습니다. 거실+ 침실 3개는 에어컨 (모두 4개 있습니다. ) 깨끗이 관리 되는 정수기도 설치되어 있어서 물을 사실 필요가 없습니다. 모든방과 거실에는 커튼과 블 (Hidden by Airbnb) 드 설치 되어 있어서 편히 주무실수 있습니다. 4도어대형냉장고,전자렌지,일리커피머신(캡슐미제공),부엌용품,욕실용품등 모든것이 준비되어 있습니다. (제가 사용하는 방1개는 잠궈둡니다) **모든 침구류는 호스트가 직접 세탁 관리합니다** 예약 하시기전 반드시 사전 문의 부탁드립니다. Hello. I’m pleased  to introduce my home to you. I live with my husband and have 3rooms that are currently not in use. The rooms are always kept clean and we can provide blankets for families visiting. Our house is very clean and quiet so it wouldn’t disturb the guests at all. I am not very fluent in speaking but I’m able to communicate using basic english. We will treat our guests like our family members ^^. Laundries and drying machines are available and feel free to use the living room too. You may also use the kitchen to cook your for yourself. My home is located 12minutes away (by walking) from 신분당선 성복역 and there are also lots of restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), bakeries, and cafes near our home. For leisure, use could visit public baths, beauty shops, karaoke, and internet cafe. The new 광교 갤러리아백화점 is also available to visit easily by using the subway. 세탁기,건조기 사용 가능합니다 아파트가 밀집되어있고 큰 상가가 많아서 생활하기에 편리합니다 신분당선 성복역이 도보로 15분입니다 성복역에서 강남역까지 27분걸려요~ ♤욕실은 건식으로 사용중이며 화장실 사용후 문은 항상 열어두세요. ♤예약하신 인원외에 숙소에 들어오시면 이유불문하고 퇴실 해야하는 불이익을 당하니 정확히 기재 부탁드립니다. ♤사용하신 식기는 설거지 하셔야 합니다. ♤재활용 분리수거는 부엌에 해주시고 음식물 쓰레기는 물기를 빼서 바깥 음식물 수거함에 버려주세요(카드이용) ♤이웃들이 함께 사는 곳이므로 큰소리가 나는 활동은 삼가해 주셔요.
