Small kitchen appliances and a guest toilet.   From the kitchen you can reach the upper floor via a staircase. There are two separate bedrooms (each with high-quality box spring bed equipped) and two bathrooms (each directly adjacent to a bedroom) equipped with toilet, shower and hair dryer. The apartment has central heating. The holiday farm with several apartments is located in the village of Linow. The nearest bathing establishment is about 2 km away. A restaurant, bakery, shopping and a railway station are all located 5 km away. The approximately 3,500 square meter property is completely fenced. The owner lives in the house. The former farmers' settlement was extensively modernized by 2016 and the outdoor facilities were designed in a Mediterranean style. In addition to a large covered terrace with seating and barbecue is also an outdoor pool and a small garden area available.
