Semi-detached house consisting of living room with kitchen corner and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. The house is part of a typical finely restored farm house in Tuscany; at guests’ disposal an equipped loggia with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside of Maremma. Barbecue area and big spaces to relax in the garden. It is located in Scarlino, at approx. 4 km from the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica; nearby the medieval villages Gavorrano and Massa Marittima. The house owner, a former cook, bakes / cooks on request and upon payment pizza or dishes for the guests, for which he uses the products of his vegetable garden. The owner also produces olive oil and wine. Unpaved access road. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own.
