Beautiful wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where you can find a double bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, a comfortably furnished living area with air conditioning and flatscreen TV, and a large covered terrace with seats, from where stone stairs lead directly to the garden. The second floor (attic) features a large bedroom including a king-size bed, a single bed, air conditioning, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom opens onto a covered terrace with stunning views of the gorgeous Mediterranean landscape. The smaller house comes with approx. 60 m2 of living space, spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a living area, and a bathroom with bathtub. Stairs lead up to the air-conditioned loft, where you can find a king-size bed and a lovely terrace facing the swimming pool.
