Residenza Rosalia is located about 500 metres from restaurants, shops and Villa Rufolo. There is a bus stop about 300 metres away and the closest beach, Spiaggia di Minori, is just 2.5 km away. You won’t need a car to stay at Residenza Rosalia, but if you do come by car, you’ll be able to park it in the street or in a public car park for a fee. Residenza Rosalia can be reached from street level by going down a footpath which is about 200 metres long and has around 60 steps. FIRST APARTMENT THE FIRST TERRACE is furnished with a table and chairs for two people and two sun loungers. From this terrace, you’ll be able to admire a gorgeous view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. You will access the terrace from the first lounge. THE FIRST LOUNGE is comfortably furnished and decorated in a style typical of Amalfi coast. Here, you’ll find a double sofa bed, a television, and a kitchen area. The kitchen contains a four-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, an electric oven, a moka pot and other small appliances. The lounge is fitted with air conditioning and heating. THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bedroom is accessed from the lounge. THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine. The bathroom is accessed from the lounge. SECOND APARTMENT THE SECOND TERRACE is furnished with a table and chairs for two people. From the terrace, you’ll be able to admire a gorgeous view of the sea and the Amalfi coast.
