As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. You can cast videos from your mobile and laptop to the TV. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains two double beds. There is a bed set sofa which can be used as a bed. Also, there is an inflatable bed in case of the need for a space for an extra person. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. There is plenty of kitchenware, coffee maker machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. - Smoking is not allowed. you can smoke on the balcony but you have to keep the cigarettes end in an ashtray. - You can park in the street but you have to buy parking online from the council website or pay at the paid parking spaces. - Pets are allowed at the property but the property has to be left clean and the tenant should be responsible for any damage to the property contents - The property has fast internet (fibre optic). - The property has a long balcony - the property has hot water 24/7 - The place is very quiet and has a nice view - Yu can fit up to 6 people in the place
