Villa Maria occupies a quiet position in the hamlet of Zernatika, between Fontana and the pretty coastal village of Loggos. Loggos can be reached in 25 minutes along footpaths through the olive groves, while Fontana is a 15-minute walk. The large garden and poolside terrace are ideal for relaxing days at the villa, whilst the barbecue is great for dining al fresco. The villa has a good-sized private pool, not overlooked from any direction, and also benefits from distant sea views. Inside the villa comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with two patio doors that lure you out to the covered balcony, from where you can enjoy the sea views further. If you wish to explore the local area, Loggos has a variety of tavernas, cafes and mini-markets as well as its own bakery, while Fontana has a snack bar, taverna and a mini-market. In high season there is often also a small taverna in Zernatika itself, just a short walk from Maria. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided.
