Getting Around: We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Plano. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! Right around the corner you will be able to find a CVS and Walgreens at just 0.5 miles away! 1 mile away you will find the Park Mall Plaza and many shopping centers nearby, You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Walmart just 2 miles away! You can also find your favorite places: -Pizza Hut (2.5 miles away) -Domino's Pizza (5 miles away) -Walmart Supercenter (2 miles away) -CVS Pharmacy (3.9 miles away) Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $75 USD per pet per stay** ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Login info will be provided upon request. ★ SMOKING★ No smoking inside the property ★ HOT TUB★ Hot tub maintenance is scheduled twice a week, pool will enter using backyard door.
