## Space This modern, spacious apartment has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are 3 toilets ( one en suite and 2 independant ). It is perfect for large families or groups visiting the city. Air conditioned, accessible by 2 elevators, this apartment can welcome up to 10 guests comfortably and even has a rooftop view of Paris! With a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you would expect, this apartment is perfect for leisure stays as well as for those travelling to Paris on business purposes- we promise you’ll feel right at home! It is in a very safe building. As soon as you enter the courtyard, you are under the protection of the CCTV cameras and there is also a watchman on site. In order to access the building where the apartment is located, you will need a code which only residents have. Please note that the entire apartment is equipped with A/C except one bedroom which is equipped with a Dyson fan. High speed fiber optic internet is at your disposal. Pets are not allowed. ## Access Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request). All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home! A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration. ## Interaction Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment. ## Neighborhood The Grevin Museum is just at a stone throw from the apartment. The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance. The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day. You could even take the kids to Disneyland via the direct RER A loacted 10 minutes away by foot at the Auber station. Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard! This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco. For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment. Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ... ## Transportation This apartment is close to metro stops: - Richelieu-Drouot ( metro line 8 and 9 ) - Bourse ( metro line 3 ) - Le Peletier ( metro line 7 ) - Auber ( RER A ) You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24. You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, G7, taxis, etc). You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment. Visiting Paris has never been so easy! ## Cancellation policy Cancellation 8 days before arrival = no penalty fee Cancellation 7 days before arrival = 100% charges An exception is made for Fashion Week period, Christmas and New year, where 100% of the amount is due and not refundable 30 days before arrival. For long term rental, if the guest want to stop the renting, he should send a 30 days notice by email. ## Notes Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM. A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
