This beautiful 4-bedroom villa with private swimming pool is located in Skitaca (Labin area). It's perfect for a peaceful family vacation because it's far from the city noise. Three bedrooms are located inside the house, and the fourth bed is inside the separated studio apartment with a bathroom and a small kitchen. Outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by 10 sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Table tennis and trampoline are perfect to entertain the children. Culinary lovers can show their skills on an outdoor BBQ, and serve the meal in a lovely roofed terrace. Living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen are on ground floor, while bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on upper floor. Some of them offer a beautiful sea view. Free parking and Wi-fi are also provided. 8 people can stay at the villa. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have large double beds, and one has 2 single beds. Two people can sleep in the living room. Babies can stay for free in a baby cot. Give us a further notice if you will be needing a cot, please.
