The Lodge was originally built to a sketch drawn by Sir Edwin Lutyens and sleeps six in three King-size bedrooms. It has a large open plan kitchen and living room with windows on three sides connecting to a South-facing terrace and generous garden with direct access to a private fifteen-acre park through an orchard. This retreat is ideal for the less mobile as it is all on one level. The spectacular scenery begins with our orchard from which you can access the park and enjoy this rural retreat at entirely your own pace. Whether you want to kick back in our luxury accommodation or explore the Dedham Valley, Higham Place Lodge has everything to offer you! The Ground Floor Open Plan Living Area – Sitting room with comfortable armchair, sofas, dining table for six and French windows opening out onto the terrace, garden, orchard and private park. Kitchen – Modern with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Master Bedroom – King-size bed and en-suite shower room with lavatory and hand basin. Garden Bedroom – King-size bed and South-facing views over the garden. Lutyens Bedroom – King-size bed and log burning stove.
