Bedrooms: Master double bedroom (en suite with bath and overhead shower), one twin room and second double room (sharing a bathroom with shower unit). All bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Villa Arethusa is a charming three-bedroom villa, south facing with beautiful sea and sunset views. Located on Theseus village means the villa also grants access to the fantastic communal pools. Entering the villa, the ground floor hosts a modern kitchen (with dishwasher and coffee machine) and dining area, overlooking the pool terrace and out to sea beyond. The living area is comfortably furnished, with large TV that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels and playback option. Outside, the villa boasts a lovely terrace with private pool, sunbeds, dining table and chairs, and a seating area. All perfect for enjoying the sea views on offer. All three bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the villa, the master double with en suite bathroom and the second double and twin room sharing a bathroom. Please note: pool heating is solar heating, at no extra cost, but heating depends fully on external weather conditions.
