Main bedroom~ King bed Bedroom 2 ~ 2 x single beds Bedroom 3 ~ 2 x single bed bunks(4 beds) Good sized main bathroom with shower over the bath and separate powder room of the laundry. Cosy lounge and dining room with slow combustion fire and lovely garden views. A well equipped kitchen with basics supplies including Nespresso machine and pods makes entertaining a breeze! The property has two lovely alfresco dining areas, one in a sunny location and one in a shaded enclave to the side of the house. Set on acres the garden spills out onto large sweeping lawns, with basalt garden walls and cool climate plantings. Winding down through the property you enter the natural Eucalyptus forest towards the dam with its grassy seating area. The perfect place to while away the afternoon with a bottle of wine and some friends.
