It has 1 bedroom, a beautifully furnished garden overlooking the pond, a living room, and a kitchen perfect for a couple or 2 people. If you are planning to go on a romantic dinner date, the restaurant is 3 km from the place. The supermarket is 5 km if you would like to stock up your essentials. You can either plan a day in the lakeside or an up in the snow-capped mountains for ski activities, both are 6 km from your stay. This centrally heated home has a shared hallway, and a lovely living room with a sofa bed and TV for recreation. You can cook a wholesome meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen here. A carport and 1 parking space is provided for your convenience. The nearest airport at Salzburg Airport which is about 1 hour 8 minutes' driving time from this home. You can check-in from 3-6 PM and check-out are possible only between 8-10 in the morning. Before the house, there is a small road labelled "PRIVATWEG". This road shall not be used as it belongs to a neighbour. Please only use the next entry road which comes after 50m, where you don't see any sign. Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time. Parking places 1 Please note that there are COVID-19 measures in place. Different conditions may apply regarding ski passes, opening hours and the use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions in general is not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
