And, with baseboard heating throughout the home, it's fully equipped for winter stays. Enjoy picture-perfect sunsets on Lake Champlain from your private, fenced-in patio, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area, a comfortable hammock, and a fire pit to truly make the best out of this outdoor space. Inside, this home is divided into two inviting levels. The main living space is on the first floor, where you'll find an open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one big space. Let your loved ones unwind and chat in the living room while you show off your cooking skills in the kitchen. It's fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of pots, pans, and dinnerware, and a gorgeous two-person breakfast bar. Then, let everyone gather at the eight-person dining table and enjoy the feast! This level also features a light-filled family room with a flatscreen TV, a convenient wood stove and a half bathroom. All four bedrooms plus two full bathrooms are located upstairs, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax when it's finally time to hit the hay. The primary bedroom has a waterfront balcony, a flatscreen TV, a desk (perfect for working from home), and a luxury en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. Right next door is another bedroom with great views of the lake. Across the hall, you'll come across one bedroom that is simply ideal for the kids or parents who would like to stay close to their little ones. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony, a flatscreen TV, a Pack-N-Play, and access to an array of board games and children's games. And the other room is the bunk room, perfect for the kiddos. Things to Know No cable There are two kayaks and a paddle board available. There are children’s games, toys, books, and dinnerware available. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Parking notes: Parking only for three cars (maybe four). It's very important not to block or park in neighbors' driveway (driveway is partially shared). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
