We have two apartments that have just been renovated, a one bedroom apartment and the other has two bedrooms. Both apartments have a walk-in shower, a washing machine and dryer and a dishwasher. All beds and sleeping sofas are brand new! The apartments are located in a very popular quiet residential area in the Laugardalur nature valley. Located right by the main sports venue in Iceland, Iceland's largest geothermal swimming pool, a farm animal zoo, and the botanical gardens. It is also in a walking distance to the city center. You can enjoy walking along the seaside to the city centre (about 15-minute walk). On your way you will pass the Sun Voyager (Icelandic: Sólfar), a famous sculpture by Jón Gunnar Árnason. The Sun Voyager is described as a dreamboat, or an ode to the sun. The artist intended it to convey the promise of undiscovered territory, a dream of hope, progress and freedom. One Bedroom Apartment: The apartment was renovated in okt-nov 2017 so everything in the apartment is brand new. It has a private entrance and sleeps up to 4 people. There is free WiFi and free street parking. Towels, linen, and a hair dryer are also provided. Bedroom There is a brand new double bed and plenty of wardrobes and drawers. Two Bedroom Apartment: Amazing apartment with modern facilities will ensure the most comfortable and pleasant stay in Reykjavik. The flat is recommended for one to six people so it´s a good fit for families, couples or business travellers. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed (180cm) and the other with a bunk bed (2 single beds). In the living room, there is a brand new sleeping sofa for 2 persons. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all necessary appliances. There is a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee when you arrive. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a washing machine and a dryer. Of course, we provide a hairdryer and towels as well. In the living room, there is a dining table, nice seating area and a flatscreen TV. Beds, appliances and interior is brand new as the apartment was fully renovated in November 2017.
