The grand electric gate opens and you see your home for the next few days. You walking inside, the fresh and cool air, feels so good walking in from that Spanish summer heat. You walk through the lounge. The comfy looking sofa gives you the promise of all the relaxation over the next few days.... But wait, there's so much more to see, slide open the patio door and there it is, your private fenced garden! If you take a few steps to the right you will see your very own swimming pool with sun lounges and al fresco dining area. This is where all the magic happens on those hot summer days. The sun beds are inviting you to hop on, but not just yet... You look around feeling content and excited about what adventures the next few days will bring. Let's go back inside. Check out that well equipped kitchen. It is on the bottom floor, right by the main entrance. If you are coming for a family stay, or simply like being able to eat your own meals in your own time and spending money on other attractions this kitchen will definitely become your best holiday buddy. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The master ensuite bedroom has a king bed and there is a twin bedroom with bathroom in the corridor. They both have access to the gorgeous view terrace with sun loungers. The other ensuite bedroom with also king bed is on the ground floor. This space will provide you with the breathtaking scenery and two sun beds to admire it on in a very relaxing ambience. The third bedroom, also en suit, is at the bottom floor. You can access it from the living room. So, are you in ? This large property is the perfect setting for your holiday, ideal for groups and families. It is impressively decorated in a modern style, with vibrant artwork and furniture, as well as being comfortable enough to treat as a home away from home. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a small shared bathroom downstairs. The living room is very spacious, with a plasma TV, led wall lights, dining table to seat 6 people and large doors looking out to the garden with a pool. The kitchen is a good size, equipped with everything you could need, and has another dining table for 6. Upstairs are two more bedrooms,one with a queen bed and two single beds in the other. One of these has a full en-suite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom on this floor. Both bedrooms upstairs have access to a large terrace, with sunbeds, overlooking the pool. The outside area is likely to be where you will spend much of your time, with a large private pool, sunbeds, and a chill out day bed with shade. There is also a BBQ and outdoor dining table, exactly what you will need on those hot summer days and nights. Villa Can Ramon is located in such a quiet, residential area providing you with a perfect base to disconnect and chill. At the same time it is only a very few minutes drive to the most iconic spots of the island. This location is unbeatable regardless if you are coming to ibiza to discover famous clubs or to explore the island during the day time. This is one of the very best strategic locations the island has to offer. The location is ideal, in a quiet residential area very close to Ibiza town, as well as some of the island's best beaches and clubs, and central enough to explore the entire island easily. The villa is situated near to Jesus, a lovely village with places to eat and drink, with supermarkets, cash points, a pretty church and children’s playgrounds, you won't need to go far for anything you need. You can get to the centre of the town in 3 minutes by car, or a 20 minute walk. Just 10 minutes away by car you will arrive in the capital of the island, Ibiza Town, and with its shops, bars, restaurants, port, and historical old town, it is a must do for sightseeing. The Dalt Vila is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are filled with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and incredible views across Ibiza and to Formentera, as well as 5-star dining. The club Pacha is also located here and there are stylish bars along the mariner. Playa den Bossa is also close by and has plenty for you to do, especially if you are looking for Ibiza's famous nightlife! It is lively and action packed, home to Hard Rock Hotel, Ushuaia, Space and Bora Bora beach. You can get here by car or taxi in less than 15 minutes. The house is close to the Santa Eulalia road, which connects south of the island with the north and east, this is very convenient for exploring the island. However if you don’t feel like going too far, the closest beach is the famous and beautiful beach of Talamanca, just 7 minutes away by car. Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. Please inquire to book or request quote. CHECK-IN Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions. The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions. Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply: Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours. PLEASE NOTE: *There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash. *Security Deposit of €1000 is due 2-3 days before arrival via pre-authorization. *WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVENTS. *If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
