Immersed in nature, surrounded by the lush greenery of the garden and just 40 m from the sea and the beach which with its enchanting cliffs alternates with stretches of fine sand, is located this holiday home in Joppolo, on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, in the province of Vibo Valentia. Cosy and bright, the house is located in a private holiday estate that offers a shared swimming pool, soccer field, tennis court, children's play area, barbecue area and a botanical garden full of succulent plants and flowers, cared for with passion from the owners. The one-storey house consists of three bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen/dining area, as well as a pleasant porch equipped for outdoor dining and for relaxing moments. An external staircase leads to a sun terrace on the first floor, where you can relax and sunbathe, lulled by the pleasant sea breeze and admiring a breathtaking view that on sunny days offers a view to the Aeolian Islands. Optimal position to explore the territory: in addition to the characteristic historical center of Joppolo which stands on a tuff cliff, you can visit Nicotera (7 km) with its museums and its characteristic historical center, or reach Tropea (15 km) - a magnificent village overlooking the sea, or the beaches of Capo Vaticano. Also reachable by car and train are Palmi, Bagnara, Scilla and Reggio Calabria with its National Museum and Riace bronzes. At the port of Villa San Giovanni there are ferries to reach Sicily. 8 km the village of Caroniti located on the Poro plateau with its narrow up-and-down alleys and beautiful sea views, renowned for the production of fine cheeses and with many restaurants with local cheese specialties.
