Charming independent accommodation on 3 floors, inserted in a small borgo 1 km from Pella, it offers a view of Lake Orta (from the second floor) and San Giulio Island, as well as a Turkish bath for your relaxation. The house, which is protected by the Academy of Fine Arts, is located in the ancient village of Monte San Giulio and comprises: two entrances from the garden, a ground floor with large kitchen with pizza oven, living room with fireplace, toilet. Wooden and stone stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with access to a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor is a master bedroom with balcony and lake view, a large open living room which leads to both the bathroom with tub and the Turkish bath with chromotherapy. From a small loft used as an observatory you can admire a breathtaking view of San Giulio Island and Lake Orta. At the entrance of the accommodation is portrayed an Annunciation of the 18th century. Inside "Art Manor" you will find sets, works of art and antique posters of Klein, Schifano, Calder, Rotella, Sciolla, Scarabotto, Tilson, etc. In the garden there is a universal electric car charging. Following the track that starts at the house, you will reach Pella sul Lago at 1 km distance (4 km by car). On Monte San Giulio there are several hiking trails used during the summer for the lake marathon and ideal for trekking or mountain biking. The lake also offers small relaxing beaches, possibility of horse riding, boating, sailing, surfing, water skiing, diving, rafting, excursion on the island, winter skiing at Alagna 60 km, Arona 25 km and Gozzano 10 km.
