Villa Pendolina is a modernly furnished villa that can accommodate up to 7 guests, offering you everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The Villa is completely new and was built in 2021. The indoor area spreads on over 100 square meters and consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilette, a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed for one additional guest, an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and a dining area. There is also a small storage room with a washing machine and a drier. The living room has access to the covered terrace with a seating area, which is ideal for relaxing evenings by the pool. The outdoor area offers you a private garden with BBQ, a Jacuzzi, and a pool with sunbeds. There is also a trampoline for kids and a volleyball court. Private parking for two cars is in front of the house. The location of the villa offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the city noise since the house is surrounded by nature. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place.
