Villetta Rosa is a holiday home for 8 guests in Campomarino, 100 meters away from the beach. There is a parking spot in the garden and, at the back, the barbecue and outdoor shower. Villetta Rosa is introduced by a porch with sofas, table and chairs. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for two guests, a refined kitchenette with many accessories, corridor, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub. On the side, there is another furnished porch. The surroundings of Villetta Rosa in Maruggio Villetta Rosa is a lovely holiday home near the beach of Campomarino, a lively seaside location during Summer, that is on the Ionian coast of Northern Salento. The seaside location of Maruggio is known for its long sandy beaches with small rocky tracts of coast and it`s enriched by restaurants and tourist amenities. Other close famous beaches are San Pietro in Bevagna, Salina dei Monaci in Torre Colimena, Punta Prosciutto and Torre Lapillo, which are 15 minutes` drive away. - Air conditioning just in the hallway. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
