Casa Deklic is located in the small village of Ferenci near Vizinada. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding hilly landscape. The house consists of 2 separate apartments next to each other on the 1st floor. Both apartments have their own living-dining area with kitchen. In the smaller apartment there are 2 bedrooms with one bathroom, the larger apartment offers 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The living rooms are air-conditioned in each case. The very well maintained outdoor area is exclusively reserved for the guests of the two apartments. In addition to the pool, you can also use a brick outdoor barbecue and a large covered terrace. The apartment on the first floor is only occupied by the hosts in winter. The house is perfectly suitable for two families who want to spend their vacation together without having to give up privacy. The hosts run their own winery in the immediate vicinity of the house. They will be happy to give you an insight into their daily work. Upon request, you will learn everything you need to know about wine. In addition, the hosts offer wine tastings in their wine cellar or guided tours through the vineyards. A wine tasting is of course included. Let the Istrian wines surprise you! Collected over four generations with almost 100 years of tradition, your hosts bring a wealth of experience. You can taste that! Vizinada is also particularly interesting for bike enthusiasts: not far from the house passes probably the most famous bike path in Istria, the Parenzana. This runs along the old railroad line from Trieste to Porec. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience. Especially the section from Vizinada via Motovun and Livade to Gronjan is recommended (approx. 36 km, ascent approx. 280 m).
