The cottage is fully air conditioned and the lounge/dining room has timber floors, classic contemporary sofas and wall mounted flat screen TV. The cottage has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both with queen beds. This level also hosts the kitchen with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cook top with range hood and all the utensils and cookware you require for your stay. The laundry is accessed through the kitchen and this is equipped with full sized washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find one double bed and two single lounges that can be converted to beds should this be required. The enclosed loft area is a private area. Downstairs you will find a large rumpus rooms which is connected by internal stairs to the main living area. This rumpus room also has 2 single beds, double bed plus its own lounge/entertaining area. The home has instantaneous gas hot water as well as a gas stove top for those who love to cook. The balcony looks out on to the bushland and the cottage is close to the heated undercover pool. Parking is provided in front of the garage. The under covered verandah is accessed via glass sliding doors and has a 7 pce dining setting so you can eat al fresco if you prefer. There is also a private courtyard area with clothes line and a 4 seater outdoor setting. Raffertys Resort is a lakeside resort set in a bushland setting situated on the shores of Lake Macquarie. The birdlife and bush atmosphere makes for a relaxing getaway, and it is also popular with people who own boats as there is a boat ramp at the resort for your use. The El Lago restuarant is very popular with locals and the pools, tennis courts and BBQ areas ensure you can keep the kids entertained. Please note: The resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, are now open. QR code logging in will be required and there will be additional rules at each facility.
