This friendly and seashell-stocked home close to the beach is a fabulous pick for families and groups. You might spend all your time on the front deck, splashing in the pool and soaking in the private hot tub (after a quick rinse in the outdoor shower, of course). The private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's bathing suits and towels, so you'll always be ready to take that short walk to the beach. The lowest floor's game room is perfect for enjoying a game of cards or a light beverage, thanks to the wet bar and full-size refrigerator. But everyone can come together for food and views on the top floor, where the windows show off an ocean and neighborhood view from almost every angle. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone cool, and there's room for more than a few helping hands in the full kitchen. Eat inside at the dining area, or take food out to one of the two furnished decks! There are multiple levels of sunshine to enjoy at this home. Bedrooms are spread out all over this home, so you'll have plenty of options to choose from. On the lowest floor, the first bedroom lies just off the game room and features a pool view, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Head up the stairs and turn left at the furnished balcony to find the second bedroom. This lovely suite features a deck view, desk workspace, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. Across the landing, the third bedroom features bunk beds and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. Up the final set of stairs, turn right to find the fourth and final bedroom of the house. This lovely room features a deck and ocean view, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom features a flatscreen TV for guest enjoyment. Semi-private beach access is just a 440-yard walk straight across the main road down East Ciltvaira Street to the ocean. A beach cart is provided. Things to Know Free high-speed WiFi and cable Wet bar Beach towels are available for guest use. Guests must travel by car to reach this home. *Three TVs have cable, and two TVs are streaming. A Pack-N-Play and age-appropriate dinnerware are available for younger guests. Snowbird-friendly This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. For 2022, the pool will be open April 29th to October 7th. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use. Parking notes: There is parking for four cars in the homes' driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
