Welcome to Dahlonega, famous for wine, waterfalls, and gold! This pet friendly*, spacious two-bedroom home is just two miles from the Dahlonega Square and half a mile from Accent Cellars, a five-star micro-winery. This is no tiny two bedroom cabin! With an open floor plan and a modern design, the large dining and living areas make it perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious bathroom with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are also two roll-out cots for extra guests. Enjoy the six-person hot tub in a covered porch, perfect for enjoying no matter the weather. The fenced-in backyard is a beautiful garden area with patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for a family barbeque. Property Notes: - The house is on a shared driveway with two other houses (one tiny home, and another small house also used as a vacation rental). The tiny home is used for storage. If you would like to read the reviews or book the other small house, just let us know and we can send over the Airbnb link. - Wi-Fi is shared with the small house. This property requires either a refundable damage deposit (a $1500 hold on your card at the time of your stay for up to a week, not collected at property) or a one time fee of $35 for a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan (purchased through us after booking). VRBO also offers various insurance options at checkout. If you choose one of their damage protection plans, we will only remove the hold from your card if you send us your policy number so we can confirm your plan. Check-in instructions will be emailed to you at the time of your booking. If you don't receive the email with check-in instructions within an hour, please contact us immediately. *There is a pet fee for all pets that are not service animals. The pet fee is $75 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and $50 plus tax for any additional pets. Please let us know about your pets right after you book and we will email you an invoice before your stay. Note: This invoice is sent manually after booking and is not included in the booking total even if "pets" is selected. At our rentals, we like to prepare for the unexpected. That's why we ask for a refundable damage deposit (a $1500 hold on your card for up to a week that is refundable, provided no damage occurs). However, you can bypass the hassle of a damage deposit by purchasing Vacation Rental Damage Protection for only $35 per stay. We've partnered with Generali Global Assistance to offer this plan that covers accidental damage during your stay without putting a hold on your card, and there's no deductible. Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. Vacation Rental Damage Insurance (G-20VRD) - Insurance Premium: $35.00 - Max Coverage Limit: $1,500 Guest Protect Travel Insurance (G-330CSA) - Insurance Premium: 6.95% of total price Note: These insurance options are invoiced manually after booking if requested by message and are not included in the booking total. Please select the correct number of guests when booking. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $15 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. No late check-outs. This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily. STR License #: STR-21-0029 No pets without approval and pet fee. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought. No music outside after 10:00 PM. Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS. Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside. Any guest that checks in early without written permission may result in a $50 per hour fee. Any checkout after 10:00 am without written permission may result in a $50 fee. Any checkout more than 2 hours after check out will result in a fee for the entire daily rate, without any discounts, and guests will still not have rights to the property. Any guests checking out late that cause us to refund the next guests are subject to reimburse us for that amount, on top of the fees previously stated.
