Welcome to my home ! I am pleased to welcome you in my charming house of 95 square meters with GARDEN and BALCONY, located in Pujaut, ideal for your vacations in family or between friends, with a capacity of reception going to 8 people. Ideally located at the edge of the Rhone, you will be at a few minutes of the papal city of Avignon where you will be able to discover the historical and tourist sites of the area. I wish you a very good vacation ;) ## Logement Located in Pujaut, the accommodation is charming, warm and is composed of 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, a bathroom, a functional kitchen and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a television to relax after an intense day. You will have a BALCONY that will be very appreciated in summer, you can enjoy the outdoor furniture to eat outside! You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Television. In a quiet area 5 minutes drive from downtown, the house will be very appreciated with its proximity to the tourist sites of the region, including the city of Avignon which is 15 minutes away by car. Discover the greater Avignon area during your stay and visit famous sites such as Fort Saint-André, the Pierre-de-Luxembourg Museum, the Philippe-le-Bel Tower, the Popes' Palace, the Avignon Ramparts, Quai de la Ligne and the Palais du Roure. Go on an adventure during your hikes, push your limits with parasailing and paragliding for a good dose of adrenaline, and navigate the Rhone River during your kayak rides. You'll find a Utile 6 minutes away by car for your grocery shopping and the Halles d'Avignon 15 minutes away by car. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. ## Emplacement Pujaut is a small town in the south of France. The city is located in the Gard department in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The city of Pujaut belongs to the arrondissement of Nîmes and the canton of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. The inhabitants of Pujaut are called Pujaulains and Pujaulaines. A few kilometers from Avignon, away from the main roads, Pujaut is a southern village where life is good. The main square is shaded by plane trees and is an important place to live : petanque games, garage sales, aperitif on the terrace of the bar... in short, life as we understand it in the South. The walkers will be able to go on the plateau of Pujaut, just above the village, to admire the magnificent panorama on the plain.
