From your terrace, you may see the buzzards wheeling overhead, or at dusk and dawn, you may be lucky enough to witness the regular visits from the local deer who frequent the garden. Dartington, the area of Totnes that the property is based in, has a cider press and shops nearby to explore, as well as Dartington Hall gardens which is an award winning destination with woodland walks, riverside trails, cafés, restaurants and family-friendly activities. Nearby is the steam railway which can be boarded from Littlehempston, around 2 miles away.
