Beautiful and charming cottage on the outskirts of Sencelles, in the centre of Mallorca, with private pool and space for 4 people. This fantastic villa welcomes you with a great terrace in the front of the house which is perfectly furnished under the great pergola, and it's perfect to enjoy your breakfasts and meals by the impressive views to the mountains. The well that you find here supplied water to the house in the past but it's a beautiful old element that gives even more personality to this finca. The stairs lead to the chlorine pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the depth varies between 0.5 to 1.9 metres. It's surrounded by a wonderful terrace with 6 sun loungers, the lawn and an exterior shower. Under the thatched pergola you will relax enjoying some drinks and spending a nice evening. You will find the fields at the back of the house, extending till the mountains and then blue sky. This is the beautiful landscape to revel in every day. Next you will find a little porch where you can cook a delicious barbecue. The house is independent and there are neighbours around. The charming and cosy atmosphere goes on inside the house. The comfortable living room offers a place to read, watch the satellite TV channels or have fun playing cards or pachisi, among some other board games. The stoned walls and the wooden lamp bring personality to the room. The kitchen has all you may need to cook a banquet including the ceramic top, the electric oven and the dining area. The independent laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.This beautiful two-storey house offers, for you to be comfortable and choose, two bedrooms with two twin beds and another one with a double bed. All of them are located on the upper floor featuring AC and a closet each. We can provide up to 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs for the family little ones. Then, there are 2 shower bathrooms for the house, one on each floor. And two fans complete the equipment of the house. The town is about 300 metres away from the centre of Sencelles, so you will reach it in a few minutes walking. This is a charming village in the centre of the island with a little supermarket and some restaurants and bars. Nevertheless, a car is needed if you want to visit other points of the island and skirt the coast to know the amazing beaches and coves in Mallorca. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 33 km away. You will have to visit the traditional street market in Sineu on Wednesdays or the one in Inca on Thursdays if you want to buy local and artisan products. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed.
