Please consider if this will be an issue for you before confirming your booking* A beautifully designed and spacious apartment full of character. Timber beams, copper finishes and butchers block worktops all come together to create the perfect surrounding to relax with friends and family. With the MetQuarter, Liverpool ONE & Dock districts all within walking distance this is the ideal place to explore all the joys of Liverpool The Space: This huge duplex apartment houses one private bedroom with double bed, upstairs a large open plan bedroom with two doubles & a double sofa bed. Alongside this the apartment boasts a spacious living area with a sofa bed, ideal for groups to relax and unwind! With a bright kitchen, modern appliances and all the essentials this is the perfect place to cook up a storm! Kitted out with a large family bathroom, separate shower room, exposed beams, statement copper pieces this apartment is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern design. Please note that you will need to climb through the wooden beams to get to one of the beds upstairs. The small print: - The communal areas are not managed by ourselves, we are in regular contact with the management company to keep them in good condition but unfortunately any repairs regarding the communals are out of our control. We will always endeavor to fix any issues you have as quickly as possible, but are at the mercy of the management company. - The apartment is a loft style set up, with velux windows opening up in the ceiling from the bedrooms. There are no windows which can be opened from downstairs. It can get a little warm in the hot weather, but a fan is provided. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive private access of the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a residential building with quiet and respectful neighbours, as a result we ask that all guests are the same. Getting Around: As the apartment is so central, everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! However, if you wish to venture further afield, then there are plenty of excellent transport links with one of the biggest bus stations just outside the apartment building! This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. Please see here for more information: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/2827/what-is-the-airbnb-policy-for-collecting-fees-in-person* Other Things to note: The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests as much privacy as possible and never meet guests unless we are required. We are contactable 24/7.
