This property consists of 2 apartments, which together can host up to 8 people. The first apartment of 80 sqm can be found on the ground floor. It comes equipped with a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, which can seat up to 8 people. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is joined by a second double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The second 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor and comes with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. One of the double bedrooms also has one single bed. The grounds cover almost 1000 sqm and are entirely fenced. Casa Lina also comes with a private swimming pool, complete with sun-loungers and beach umbrellas. A pergola dining area with barbecue also offers a spot where to relax and enjoy convivial meals. During the summer months, a respite from the heat and the sun can be found under the leafy trees surrounding the house. The pool is outdoors and it is not heated. In compliance with local regulations, it’s open from 15 May to 15 September. This may change depending on the homeowner and/or bad weather conditions.
