DESCRITIF: Large apartment of 100 m2 with all comfort and new equipment (acquired in July 2014), composed of three large bedrooms (Two large 140/190 beds for two people and a twin bedroom with separate beds). A large well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living-dining room with table and six seats, a spacious bathroom with multi-jet shower, heated towel rail, washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. OUTSIDE: Private terrace with barbecue, parasol and garden furniture, mountain style, small flower garden and secure terrace for children (wooden barriers and gates) private garage, private parking (two places). EQUIPMENT-COMFORT: Wood stove available in addition to central heating in winter. Accommodation equipped with a dishwasher, a freezer, a gas stove and an oven, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine ... a flat-screen TV (TNT channels) DVD player and many films , DVD cartoons available, HiFi system with many DVDs. Games, toys for children of all ages. Neat and charming mountain chalet-style decoration, blankets, tea towels, tablecloths, napkins and bath towels provided free of charge, sheets extra. MOST: Numerous new and complete board games, books and toys for all ages. High chair and baby beds with mattress and sheets, secure children's area. Fondue set and raclette available. WIFI access throughout the apartment (free). Household and daily products such as washing powder, dishwasher tablet, sponge, washing up liquid, coffee, filters, sugar, tea, groceries (oil, salt, pepper, vinegar ...) toilet paper and paper towel supplied for the arrival. Books of the region: Farms-inns, Tales and legends of Alsace .. and hiking maps available. CONDITIONS: Optional cleaning fee of 50 euros due at the end of the stay (recommended). Sheets rental optional in the amount of 5 euros per person for the stay. Arrival from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. imperatively, departure possible until 10 a.m. School holidays: Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday (February 9 to March 9, April 6 to May 4, July 6 to August 31, October 19 to November 2, December 21 to January 4) For late arrivals, a package may apply. Deposit check requested on arrival in the amount of 150 euros. Owner available and ready to share good times and tour tips.
