The sunny, two bedroom, garden apartment has a king-size bed in one room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes and drawer units in both bedrooms. There is also a fold-out, queen-size sofa-bed in the living room. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With an exclusive-use, rear terrace and garden you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces to lounge in comfort. Like to cook? Then enliven your dishes with the thyme, rosemary, sage, curry, cardamom, nasturtium and bay leaf growing in the back yard. Or if they're in season pick yourself some paw-paws, figs or grapes. The Mitchell Bondi Garden 4 has been fitted out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside. The full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso machine, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Sonos speaker and the 55 inch smart TV includes Netflix. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as AC.
