My renovated 1BR modern home is the perfect place for couples and solo travellers. It provides complete amenities and is less than a 10 min walk from the main train station and Mill Road where you can find a host of international cuisines to feast on. The house features one double bedroom, a fully functional brand new kitchen and a gorgeous living area. Parking is available on request. There are also regular buses minutes away from the house taking you around the city. My home is the ideal place for 1 or 2 people who are looking to explore, study or relax and enjoy all that Cambridge has to offer. The ground floor is comprised of a bright and modern minimalist living room, the perfect place to enjoy a good book, drink a coffee or catch up on TV. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electrical hob, oven, washer, fridge/ freezer, kettle and cooking equipment. On the first floor you will find one double bedroom filled with lots of light. Fresh bedding and towels are provided in the bedrooms as well as storage space to pop away all of your luggage. The bathroom is also on this floor featuring both a bath tub and a shower. The house has parking available however parking is by arrangement in advance only. Famous for the bike culture we have a secure area to lock your bike at the front of the house as it is one of the best ways to get around Cambridge. My property management team and I will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need. Self check-in: Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Keys: You will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
