COUNTRYSIDE VILLA NEAR ROME CITY

Architect designed our house. Our beautiful second home was built in late 2010. The decor is modern nordic style . The house is in the countryside but just 20 minutes from the beach 15 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes from the spa 40 minutes from the city of Rome. It has a porch, in front of the house, equipped with couches and driveway to the front and garden to the left. a courtyard behind the house with small private forest and a table for lunch or dinner and barbecue. Inside there are a large kitchen with a table large living room Internet, cable TV, and all the comforts of a modern home, one king size room with bathroom one queen size room and bathroom outside. In the loft there is a king size and three sofa.
