Ideal for 4/5 people, the apartment consists of two double bedrooms with air conditioning, TV, kitchen equipped with everything needed for a short holiday, bathroom with tub / shower, refrigerator, balcony along the entire apartment . On the balcony you will have the opportunity to eat outdoors with a sea view. The house is on the third floor. The apartment also has a garage to park the car indoors. The cost of this service is € 12.5 per day. Alternatively, there are several public parking spaces, free or paid. The area is equipped with all the necessary services such as market, post office, bank, bar, newsagents, sandwich shop, pizzeria, restaurant and much more. Choosing it as your apartment from the balcony you will have sea and city views. I am always available, on arrival I will give you my mobile phone for any eventuality. Additional Conditions: - The prices include the consumption of water, electricity and gas; - The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, pillows, toilet paper; - The bed linen and towels service is optional and not included in the price. If requested on site the cost of the service is € 12.5 per person whenever requested. If, on the other hand, bed linen and towels are brought from home, no cost will be incurred; - The air conditioning service is available for a fee at a cost of € 50 per week; - A reserved parking space in the garage is available on request at a cost of € 10 per day; - On request, a transfer service from / to the airport is available at a total cost of € 90 each way and a transfer service from / to Tropea station at a total cost of € 10 each way.
