This cosy Spanish villa with a private pool is located just 10 minutes away from the Andalusian town of Mijas. Situated not far from the seaside town of Fuengirola, this lovely area is characterised by its beautiful scenery and spectacular views of the mountains of the Sierra de Mijas. The villa stands on a plot of 600 square metres of land, which offers plenty of space and absolute privacy. The beautiful pool with deck chairs, the shaded porch with several relaxing areas, the barbecue and the Mediterranean flora invite you to spend time outdoors in sheer relaxation. Inside this holiday home you will find three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with a fireplace, a dining table and sofa. Next to the swimming pool there is also an additional bathroom, where you can shower before and/or after swimming. Mijas is a picturesque, white village with narrow cobbled streets, traditional shops and restaurants. Although the house is a bit off the beaten track, you can easily reach the coastal roads and highways which lead to the villages and towns along the Costa del Sol. There is also a bus service that connects the bustling city of Mijas and Fuengirola, with several sandy beaches. The area offers a variety of leisure activities that cater to every taste - relaxed hiking in the mountains and their foothills or the exciting city life in Fuengirola with the water park, the zoo "Bioparc Fuengirola", the kart track "Karting Experience Fuengirola", shopping centres, cinemas, markets and an exciting nightlife.
