This room has a sitting area that is furnished with a large leather sofa set facing the fireplace and a flat-screen TV and a dining area with a chic wooden dining table that faces the garden outside. The villa has quite an extensive separate kitchen setup. For lake lovers, there are three lakes in the vicinity- Lago di Monate, Lago di Comabbio and of course, Lago Maggiore. The nearest beach is barely one kilometer. Places of interest nearby include nature trails for biking and hiking, lakefront, Parco Mariana and more.   The lake towns of Lake Maggiore are also at a convenient distance- Ispra (8 minutes), Arona (29 minutes), Lesa (42 minutes), Stresa (1 hour and 19 minutes).
