Bird watching can also be arranged with a local expert. Local attractions include ‘Batemans’, Rudyard Kipling’s home and Sarah Raven’s cutting garden. The historic town of Rye is 30 minutes, Battle, 10 minutes, Tunbridge Wells, 30 minutes and Brighton, 45 minutes. This property is situated on a working farm, therefore pets must be kept on a lead and children must be supervised at all times.
