Year-round cottage on Lake Champlain on Mills Point located at the entrance to The Colchester Causeway and Colchester/Burlington bike path. Bike, walk or cross country ski around the beautiful shores of Lake Champlain. It is located in a quiet community just a block off the lake and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Burlington and area colleges. This cozy cottage has an updated fully equipped kitchen and radiant floor heating in the living room. (We ask that guests do not use the fireplace in the living room) The Master bedroom has a new comfortable king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and the sunroom has a twin. Large outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs and firepit to relax after a busy day of hiking, biking fishing, or boating in Mallots bay. DUE to proximity house can smell damp at times. For winter renters, the ski areas are between 40 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes away. The most easily accessed areas are Bolton Valley (40 min), Stowe(1:20), and Sugarbush(1:20).
