BOADELLA RUSTIC – rural holiday house in the Alt Empordà

Sleeps 10 people. * Possibility of 2 extra people on the sofa-bed in the games room. Entrance to the house along a quiet street with very little traffic. Public parking in an open area in front of the house. There is also a garage where you can leave bicycles, motorbikes or cars. An annexe to the house, on the other side of the street, has a small garden and garage where guests can leave extra equipment if necessary. The interior of the house is reached through an area with easy access. The entrance of the house is wide, with wood and glass. GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor there is a corridor which leads to some stairs going up to the first floor. In this area there are hangers, an area with maps and information about the region, rubbish and recycling bins, the relaxation area with the semi-heated indoor pool and the garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to the indoor pool is through a sliding glass door, and there are sun loungers and a light which you can adjust depending on the type of leisure activity desired. FIRST FLOOR The first floor has a lounge with sofas, armchairs, TV, fireplace and firewood, reading lamps, blankets, and access to a small balcony. The other rooms on this floor lead off from this area. There is direct access to the kitchen through a wide glass door. This very spacious area with lots of natural light is divided into two open areas, the cooking section with a large central kitchen island with stove and vitroceramic hob, and the dining area with a long glass table and chairs with spectacular views outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils. There are also three double bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes or hangers and one has a small balcony. Shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. SECOND FLOOR Stairs lead up to the second floor. Games room and lounge with table football, billiards, desk and sofa-bed with large TV (offers a wide variety of channels and applications as it has wifi connection). Leading off from this room is a duplex-style bedroom with two poufs which convert to single beds, walk-in dressing room with hangers, bathroom with twin washbasins, toilet and hydro-massage shower and steps leading to the upper section where there is an open space with wooden flooring and a double bed, bedside table and reading lamp. You go through the games room to reach the outdoor terrace. OUTSIDE Outdoor terrace situated on the second floor with two separate spaces which connect with each other. First there is a covered area with a glass table and chairs, a sliding glass door which allows the natural light enter and lovely views. This area leads to the open-air terrace with sun-loungers, a very quiet place. Small garden opposite the house on the other side of the road with a garage where you can leave bicycles or other equipment. Equipment and services Large, bright kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils like stove, vitroceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, cupboards, Philips Dior coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutting board.
