Ideally placed for exploring the area, with historic Caernarfon within easy reach, and just over the water, the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, home of stately Plas Newydd and the little village Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll-llantysiliogogogoch. No visit to this part of the world would be complete without a trip to the summit of Snowdon, from Llanberis you can catch the train or start the walk. Visit the fascinating Electric Mountain and Welsh Slate Museum. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile. The stairs at this property are very steep and the gaps between the spindles on the staircase are more than 10cm. Up to one small dog only. There are 7 steps to the entrance of this property. Initial fuel for open fire included, thereafter available locally at cost. Beyond the wall at the bottom of the garden (which is 103cm high) there is drop of approx 20ft to the road. There is a Winter heating supplement of £30 payable October to March.
