LIVING AREA Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Cathedral ceilings add dramatic appeal to the space. The cheery loft features vaulted ceilings and is outfitted with a sleeper sofa and an Apple TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the chef’s kitchen, featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight. BED & BATH This home sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The guest bedroom is appointed with three twin beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch. Unwind on the Adirondack chairs in the spacious yard and look out to the garden and the surrounding forest. Access to this two-story home is via four steps at the entryway. The windows in the loft are free of window coverings, so the sleeper sofa receives natural morning light. This rental does not have air-conditioning. LOCATION You’re a breezy 5-minute walk down to the water, yacht club with a boat launch, and public kayak launch. For daily essentials, head to the Southport General Store, just 0.4 miles from your rental. Walk to the Hendrick’s Hill Museum (0.5 miles) to learn about the island’s local history. Enjoy waterfront dining at Cozy’s Dockside, a 5-minute stroll. Visit Cape Newagen Alpaca Farm on the southern tip of the island to experience an alpaca trek or find a unique alpaca wool gift. Look out towards the offshore islets and spot the Cuckolds Lighthouse. Charter a sightseeing or sportfishing tour of the Sheepscot River and the surrounding waterways. Parking notes: Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the circular driveway. Please stay on the gravel and do not park on the grass in the center or on the sides of the driveway circle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
